The air forces the oil droplets up the inside wall of the small bore tube until they reach the lubrication site in a single, continuous, uninterrupted oil streak. PDIIs for air-oil systems are available in seven outputs to suit various applications.

Note: Output rates of 0.01 and 0.025 cc/cycle are typically recommended for high-speed applications that involve ceramic and steel roller-bearing parts. The injectors operate on an alternating pressure and relief cycle controlled by the lubricator.
